Trained & Experienced
As a Certified Professional Inspector CPI®, I am trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, I was required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Backed By the Honor Guarantee

InterNACHI® is so certain of the integrity of our members that we back them up with our $25,000 Honor Guarantee.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
About Me
Meet Zach Konrath
Hello, while being a home inspector is my passion and profession, I also have many other hobbies that I enjoy in my spare time such as watching and playing sports - Go San Francisco 49er's and Manchester United! I also love cycling around the city, taking weekend trips to the ocean or other areas of California. Being outside and active in general are a must for me. I love to travel and am always looking for the next good book to read. Spending quality time with my family and close friends is essential.
Above all, my Golden Retriever, Oliver, is my best friend and companion who I spend the majority of my time with. He's just the sweetest boy who gives unconditional love. I couldn't be more grateful. Life is good!
